This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations for any purchases or subscriptions made through our platform.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services and downloadable content, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical issue with our service (e.g., inability to download images despite a valid purchase) that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
• Non-Delivery: If a purchased service (e.g., token credits) is not delivered to your account due to an error on our part.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.

Refunds are not available for:

• Content that has already been downloaded or used.
• Change of mind after a purchase.
• Failure to comply with third-party platform terms (e.g., Shutterstock, Freepik) that affect download eligibility.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Provide your order details (e.g., transaction ID, date of purchase, and email used).
• Explain the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

If Stock Downloader offers subscription-based services (e.g., monthly token plans):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at stockdownloader.xyz@gmail.com or through your account settings (if available).
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle after cancellation.

5. Free Tokens

The 10 free tokens provided upon signup are promotional and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
